Laila Little joined Pre-Paid Legal at the age of 19.  In a short 15 months - part time -  she was able to reach the top position of Executive Director.  She's also been a full time college student (Finance major) at Montclair State University in New Jersey.

According to Laila, "All of my friends in high school had part time jobs while going to school, such as fast food or retail jobs, but it never really made sense to me to work so many hours for so little pay.  So when I learned about Pre-Paid it made total sense.  I got started immediately.  I realized everyone could use this membership and the compensation was definitely worth it.
