Training is probably the most important thing you can do to create success in any business; ours is no different. No one is an instant success. Skills are simply learned behavior. If you start immediately and continue to train and improve as you go --  and actually stick to that plan -- you will be successful.

Successful people in business continue to train and they never quit. They work on their business skills and their personal skills as well. Determine that you'll be here a year from now, then stay in the process.  Our systems will help absolutely anyone with enough desire to succeed and create a massive business for themselves and also those they help in the process. 

Use the tools and system we have in place.  Duplication is the key to building a large organization that continues to self-replicate, so do and teach what can be easily duplicated.  

Your emphasis should be on activity/exposure to create productivity.  Be accountable and lead by example.  The purest form of leadership is influence through inspiration.  Get yourself in front of their contact base.  Our goal?  To help the associate qualify for advancement as quickly as possible. What's in it for THEM?  A check, a story, and confidence!   What's in it for YOU?  Duplication!  Build PPL into their schedule, don't build PPL around their schedule.
